Boycott Disney, ABC, Hulu and all of their officiates until they do the right thing and stand up against the unconstitutional actions of the FCC!
I original decided that I would never talk about politics on this blog, but today I will make an important exception. Jimmy Kimmel not only did not deserve to be fired, but the FCC had no right to pressure Disney and ABC to cancel his show because Trump didn't like his opinion. He did not deserve to be fired for his free speech because the government did not approve
Unsubscribe to Disney Plus, Hulu, ABC, and boycott anything owned by their subsidiaries. We can win this. All nine of the Supreme Court Justices agree that it is not okay for the government to try to silence views they don't agree with. If you don't think this a big deal because other people have been fired such as Rosanne Bar for the things they said, keep in mind that most of the time, the government didn't put pressure on them to do so, including in her case.
This is a free speech issue and we cannot allow this to stand without taking action. We need to put pressure on Disney / ABC to do the right thing and rehire Jimmy Kimmel and give him is show back. We cannot allow the Trump administration to be able to control what opinions can and cannot be voiced on the air.
The Daily show is of course a joke. Its comedy as well as news commentary, but this one, this one is also a warning
Please do the right thing, unsubscribe from everything affiliated with Disney and Boycott everything Disney owns until they stand up for free speech instead of cowering, and begging the FCC to leave them alone, while firing Jimmy Kimmel to appease them, hoping no one would notice or care. We are indeed noticing through and many of use are already making the Disney Corporation feel the pain, however it is not enough. As many people as possible will have to participate to make this work.
