Wednesdays are the days I dedicate to all of the healthy kids out there that get in the kitchen to cook and live a healthy lifestyle. It's a goal of mine to see all the kids in the world cook, grow their own foods, eat vegetables, drink healthy juices and be active. I'm on a mission to change a child's life one at a time and so is my son. He likes to show kids that they can cook healthy foods. He gets so excited when we are in the kitchen baking or cutting veggies with his safe kid knives. It makes me happy when I can bond with my son in the kitchen. We laugh, have fun, mess things up, or get dirty. Give your child the gift of learning how to cook healthy meals. Before you know it they will be 21 years old living on their own and they will either kick butt in the kitchen or they will hate it and resort to junk food. Teaching kids how to cook early on helps them develop skills and knowledge about food that they will remember forever. You may be cooking for them now but think about their future. I learned how to cook at 28?! 😬Can you imagine how much healthier I would have been if I would had learned at a young age. Spend time with your kids in the kitchen. It's a gift that you can't put a price tag on. It's a legacy..❤️ Share pics of your kids cooking using #healthykidswed! 😀Be a part of this movement. #healthykid #healthykids #kidchef #kidscooking #kidscook #boyscooking #youngchefs #healthyliving #healthyfamily #instakids #instahealth #teachthemyoung #healthychoices #healthyboy #healthymom #loveforcooking #vegetariankids #fitkids #vegetablelover #kidsdoloveveggies #kidjuicer
