man... i always had a bpd keith hc... but ever since that vlog dropped it just makes it seem to real lmao. ik it’s not gonna happen, but i like to project so... here’s why i think keith might have bpd:

has trouble developing normal relationships

abandoned as a child

has an irrational fear of abandonment because of his past trauma to the extent of isolating himself to avoid being abandoned again

even says that he mistrusts people because of his past

they showed him ‘splitting’ like 8 times in that video

clarification: when he’s talking about his temper all the clips they show seem to be of him snapping at people those around him seem to point out that he needs to ‘calm down’

impulsive af

‘you want me to lead? thIS IS HOW I LEAD’

his impulsive actions are followed by A LOT of regret

‘i nearly got us killed’

struggles with identity

‘i guess i’m half galra?’

refuses to acknowledge himself as the black paladin/leader of voltron

he goes through like 16 emotions in 3 minutes

he seems to also have idolized shiro... like a lot

refuses to accept he’s gone

continues to search for him endlessly

basically considers voltron gone without shiro

admit it there was literally no reason to believe they were tracking him other than the knife. literally there was a GALRA ARM on the ship he could have attributed it to and he still goes for the knife? irrational af

Hello guys! As some of you know I am 100% klance trash and I have a fan fiction called Brave New World. BNW is not complete, but starts as a crash fic that turns into so much more featuring a lot of angst, fluff, crying, comfort, and most importantly some representation! With ADHD/RSD Lance already introduced I’m happy to announce that I’ve officially given Keith BPD as my second mental illness head canon!
