So I was inspired by @maurice-memes to make the boys and their families!!!

So I started with The Allebach’s because duh Ralph’s the main character blonde boy

The Allebach Family: Ralph’s mother died when he was 11 years old, Maria being 8, of cancer which led to his father coming home from the navy to take care of his kids. He hadn’t really met the kids before and while he tried his hardest to parent them, things kind of went downhill very quickly. Ralph and Maria have a strong sibling bond, which is the only relationship in the family that isn’t built on hatred or anger. Both of the kids try to keep their mother’s memory alive, but Henry simply wants to forget she ever existed. However, he refuses to remarry after losing her. They also have an aunt who is in the States, most people considering her batty, so they don’t have ties with her. They are a poor family, both kids having part time jobs to try and help pay the bills. Their father is rarely home to watch them, so Ralph being the eldest sibling, takes charge of the house. He cooks and cleans with help from his sister on occasion. He’s not the best cook, but at least he hasn’t killed anyone yet. Most of Maria’s clothing are hand me downs from her brother.
