Life gets a lot more bearable once your realize that you can just...throw the trash out at 3 am

Like...nobody cares. Nobody is gonna watch and judge you. They are all cozy asleep and you are now trash free

There is this peaceful calm between deciding on an excuse to avoid something and the inevitable self loathing.

And I deeply crave that peace of mind while also hating how easy it makes things for a little while

Every once in a while I get what I like to call "Jukebox Brain"

The most random sounds, thoughts, objects, associations, etc. Trigger my brain to start playing music that overrides any thought. Which eventually triggers MaDD cause of how connected my favourite songs are to it. Which evetually loops back to triggering music. Which loops back to MaDD. Which loops back to music...

Meanwhile I'll just sit there with zero concept of time space or my entire existence and have just that loop of music and pictures droning on in my brain

Started interacting with the friend group chat again to stop being reclusive and somehow I now have three one on one chats going and I am very much not ready to do that ._.
