About five days ago, I was dumb and bent over trying to pick up my glasses and hit my head on a towel rack. Decently hard.

I’ve been sleeping a lot and it’s still tender to the slightest touch. It has not bruised. I’ve felt a bit out of it, but who knows if that’s not just the borderline™️.

Should I be concerned?
