Playing through Pokemon Uranium and just got this big doofus on my team. I don't like his pre-evo, but I found one in the wild and now I've got a big dumb bab on the team. Called "The sage of the sea", BRAINOAR is said to posses all the wisdom of the ocean. It is calm and dislikes fighting. 

I didn’t expect Brailip, with its standard fishy body, to evolve into such a dragonlike body but I’m loving it.  I love fish with limbs.  I do find its odd that Brainoar’s brain is encased in a bubble now when Brailip’s was exposed.  I guess when it evolved it gained a little bit of extra defense?  On the other hand, Brailip got along just fine without the extra protection, so why does Brainoar need it?

You know how in every pokemon game there’s a wildcard pokemon that fits none of your criteria for being likeable, but somehow manages to be one of your favourites regardless? Brainoar’s basically that for me. Giant pasty oarfish with a brain in a jar? Yeah, alright.
