Went out for an appointment and came home with two packs of Economy Rice (菜饭) takeaway from Kopitiam Food Hall. For my dinner, a piece of boneless crispy fried chicken, bitter gourd 🥒 & chicken stir-fry plus fried fish 🐟 nuggets. Got for mum, a braised chicken drumstick 🍗, fish nuggets and sauteed asparagus bean with chicken meat to go with the rice.

Mum and sis told me to just select two dishes for their Economy Rice (菜饭) takeaway. For sis, sweet & sour pork (咕噜肉) plus shimeji mushroom 🍄‍🟫, young corn 🌽 and chicken stir-fry. This time, mum just requested for one chicken drumstick 🍗, so I chose a braised one for her. For myself, I have a piece of boneless fried chicken cutlet, stewed potato 🥔 and egg tofu to go with my steamed fragrant jasmine rice.
