This delicious dessert is Brazilian condensed milk pudding made in the Air Fryer. It's creamy, sweet, and just the right amount of caramelized. This is a quick and easy way to enjoy this traditional Brazilian snack.
Ingredients: 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk. 2 cans of whole milk use the condensed milk cans to measure. 3 eggs. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 1/2 cup of granulated sugar. Water for caramelizing sugar.
Instructions: Start by making the caramel sauce. In a saucepan, add the granulated sugar and a few tablespoons of water. Cook over medium heat until the sugar caramelizes and turns a golden brown color. Pour the caramel into the bottom of a heatproof mold or dish that fits in your Air Fryer basket. Set aside to cool. In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Pour the milk mixture over the cooled caramel in the mold or dish. Cover the mold or dish with aluminum foil. Preheat your Air Fryer to 320F 160C. Place the covered mold or dish in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 30 minutes at 320F 160C. After 30 minutes, check the pudding. It should be set around the edges but slightly jiggly in the center. If needed, continue cooking in 5-minute increments until the center is set. Once the pudding is done, remove it from the Air Fryer and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours or until it's fully chilled and set. To serve, run a knife around the edges of the mold or dish to loosen the pudding. Place a serving plate on top and flip it over to release the pudding with the caramel sauce on top. Slice, serve, and enjoy your delicious Brazilian condensed milk pudding made in the Air Fryer!
