1) Vada Pav 🌶 2) Bread Pakoda 🌶

Notes: This was on our way to Mahableshwar. We were starving because we hadn’t yet had breakfast. We stopped at a roadside joint that specifically served Maharastrian snacks to travelers. Their Vada Pav was hot, potato-ey and came with a salty, sukha chutney. I loved the fried green chili. It’s my go-to vada pav companion. The Bread Pakoda was half decent, not great because it was too doughy.
