Day 3: add it up
I made a playlist yesterday to keep me motivated.
this morning I had a nice on trails around our neighborhood adding up to about 5km. In addition to the obvious benefits, im really enjoying exploring this area on each of my runs!
but wait! only 5km
after being invited on a run with my cousin, todays total climbed up to 13km. a 8km run with the dog up and down hills all through the forest. i would say my legs will be tired tomorrow, but they already are today!
