Happy disability pride month y'all. I don't talk about it a lot on this platform but I have a dynamic disability and my mobility needs change frequently. Today is a wheelchair day! Don't forget that a large percentage of wheelchair users are ambulatory to some degree or another. Please be kind. 💛

I've always been a die hard roma tomato fan but having these beautiful Cherokee Purple heirloom tomatoes has made me a fan of huge juicy slicing tomatoes 🍅 .. I've also become enamored with tomato mayo toast (tell me your favorite vegan mayo brand in the comments) 🤤. Mine is built on @trenary_toast thick cut rye bread & always topped with @jacobsensaltco sel gris sea salt and sometimes tvp bacon crumbles too! 🥓 Are you a fan of savory breakfast toast or team sweet?

3.7.18 🍞🥛 Today was another grab-and-go early-morning breakfast kind of day, so I had some super quick cinnamon toast and some almond milk. My mom used to make this all the time for me when I was younger, and who doesn’t love cinnamon toast??

Beginnings of a Breakfast Streak

I had naan bread, eggs, and spam, and wanted a way to cook them all at once, so I made a boat of aluminum foil, and put everything on top! This is not the first time I’ve tried this, and not the last! Later you can see the evolution of this dish as I continued to improve upon the original.
