Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. 1 tablespoon active dry yeast. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1 1/4 cups warm milk. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted. Cornmeal for dusting.
Instructions: Mix the flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and ground cinnamon together in a large bowl. Warm the milk and butter and then add them to the dry ingredients. Mix until you get a dough.
