#Repost @brewjayofficial ・・・ Sometimes you just have to take a selfie and enjoy a nice cold brewski. Behind me is my plethera of brewing and beer books of which i have read all but maybe 2. With exception to Water, which is a pretty hard read! I also made the keezer with a standard chest freezer and wooden collar and foam insulation. Real easy to make, and beer is too! You can make it as simple or complicated as you want but at the end of the day if youre not proud of it then strive for better until you love it!
