A lot of studying today, i have a psychology exam tomorrow. My kombucha was done, so i fed the shroom some new tea and sugar... i‘m going to therapy now, but the studying will ensue after.

Pickle season is in full swing! Homegrown organic cucumbers, garlic, hot peppers, and flowers of my mature dill, parsley, oregano, and tarragon. All picked and immediately jarred. MILK INTO CHEESE
Humans began drinking milk from animals between 11,000 and 9,500 years ago (presumably goats and sheep milk).
Cheese has been discovered accidentally by storing milk in containers made from the stomachs of animals.
Rennet is an enzyme found in a stomach of ruminants, that would cause the milk coagulation, separating into curds and whey.
Production of cheese change during the middle ages and consumption quadrupled from 1815 to 1964.
Industrial revolution changed the way milk was produced and transported.
