I saw your comment about the fire alarm at RTX and honestly, it made me so happy. I've gotten some thank you/good job about the alarm but it's still so awesome to see people talking about it and how we did our job. Soooo sweet. I was working around the panel area so we have to evacuate everyone from the forth floor and that was not easy...
I actually just saw your response and sent you an ask! And yeah, no you guys were ace. I can imagine that would have been hard, 'cause there was a lot of shit going down.
Like, seriously, I live in So Cal in an area that's constantly getting fire warnings and stuff when summer ends because really, things like to burn, and that was by far one of the best evacs I've seen. Ever. It was quick, you guys got us away from the convention center, the Guardians did a good job answering people's questions with what they knew and making sure people didn't get run over as they filed out (always important let's be real here). And on the RT Employees side, they all were chill and god, I can only imagine how much stress that caused Barb and Gus because they've been planning everything for ages ><
Yeah, TL;DR version: you guys were ace, thank you so much, RTX was a blast and hopefully I'll join all y'all as a Guardian next year :)
