Americans, and the general ~12% of the 🌍 population of NATO aligned countries, are well beyond psychological/political paralysis, at this point, to the point of pure DELUSION.

We're celebrating the World Cup ⚽ 🏆, watching millionaires make money for billionaires....while our societies are facilitating multiple genocides, mass starvations, and imperialist interventions that are destabilizing the planet and, summarily, designed to prevent the ~88% majority from finally moving past the last ~500 years of brutal, White supremacist time wasting.

What's more, we pretend as though our, so called, civilizations are still on top. 🙄 It's OVER.

There is no "Structural Adjustment Program" to stave collapse 🚫 (D)emocracy isn't going to save us by producing another Obama to allow us to pretend a lil' longer 🚫 Fighting WW3 won't yield another "Golden Age" of fictitious Middle Class upward mobility 🚫

Yet, we still continue singing, dancing, and doing award shows as though we aren't facing historic production gaps and shortages, en route to an inevitable GLOBAL depression that will be deeper than anything we've seen.

Hello yes Mr. Modi look I know very little about you and your government but this is not a good look, what are you doing? This is like when Trump saluted Kim Jong Un and his generals except this is worse given Putin's active war of conquest and the sheer intimacy of a hug.

I feel like it's not hard to brother-hug a genocidal war criminal.

I did not have much of an opinion on this man due to severe lack of knowledge about Indian politics but this action places this man squarely on my ever growing shit-list of world leaders. There is no excuse for hugging Putin like a long lost friend.

We are talking Putin, a man who is famous for his intentional distance to those he is doing diplomacy with.

But not Modi! Modi gets a hug!

Fuck this and fuck BRICS.

BRICS Adds Six New Members Yesterday, the BRICS group of nations (Brazil, China, India, Russia, and South Africa), announced the bloc's expansion to include six new members: Argentina, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. It is the first expansion of the group since South Africa joined in 2010. The group of emerging economies has been described as an effort to create a counterweight to Western economic and political dominance and to bring greater relevance to the concerns of the Global South. With China as the group's most powerful member, the group has become more active in developing alternative financial systems, particularly since the imposition of Western-backed sanctions on Russia in response to the invasion of Ukraine.
