Shahed drones get me so excited for some reason hehe
THEY COST LIKE 10K DOLLARS EACH (poultry sum for a drone), THEY USE A CHINESE ENGINE FOR MOPEDS, THEY'RE MADE IN IRAN, AND USED MOSTLY BY RUSSIA.
This is the perfect representation of what multipolarity looks like. And its awesome. Like genuinely they're so cool. Shout out to Iran.
Do not forget your roots comrades! As yesterday so today the enemy is the same!
(Stolen from Reddit.)
Some notes:
This is allegedly from the Economist (hence the framing as "admiration" for "autocrats").
Note that phrasing in the first question ("Which foreign actor do you trust the most?")--presumably, people who trust Russia the most would trust China the second most et vice versa.
I am not sure how having a small sample that over-represents any demographic is supposed to make a poll more accurate, but you do you I guess, Economist.
That being said, this is consistent with other numbers I've seen, so unless everyone is getting it completely wrong...
The will of the people of Niger seems obvious--and surely doing the thing the people want would be the most democratic thing to do, right???
Unless of course you think a bunch of dumb Africans are too stupid and naive to know what's good for them.

Imo a major takeaway is that escalatory attacks without enough power to end things harm more than they help in the long run. Ultimately the US is the one giving these junior partners enough money and support to keep up their violence against neighbors, and US imperialism must end before we can see an end to major conflicts like this one.
Also the point about how Hamas could possibly be being used to redirect attention away from the stalled Ukraine offensive and the unpopularity of the Israeli government was very interesting to me.

Russia vs. Anti-Russia: Interests and Values
By Alexander Dugin© The Radical Outlook The global scale of the Ukrainian problem The fate of the world order is being decided in Ukraine. This is not a local conflict between two powers that have not divided something between them. It is a fundamental watershed in history. There is common practice to separate the interests and the values. Interests are connected with the political and…
