because it's too funny not to post! One of the recent productions of Andrea Chenier was notable mostly because it was performed on top of a GIANT DYING MARAT in the middle of Lake Constanz. His giant dead eyes opened, glowing yellow, during one of the soprano's arias. I have a cordial disinterest in Andrea Chenier musically, but I would watch the entire recording of this if I could get my hands on it just to boggle at the staging.

in case you're confused that's Les Miserables by Victor Hugo, translated into fannish by Sathinfection and illustrated by Nisie, with commentary by Brostoevsky
there are, strangely, dicks drawn in the margins of almost every page
this mirrors the text quite closely
Preview of the Les Mis podcast that was recorded Saturday. And by preview I mean "bit from the pre-show messing around that is not going to be in the actual show because reasons but was too much fun to lose forever so I used it for editing practice."
This is vejiicakes, brostoevsky, me (melannen), deimos and sophia-sol trying to figure who will get to talk about which part of the brick in the final version.
(This started out as a 3-minute clip and I got it down to 2:22 just by shortening the silences and so on. So getting the 4-hour main recording down to 90 minutes should be easy-peasy, right?)

70I have a current spouse actually! And there is a profession I picture him doing and it's the one that he has big picture, but the details have surprised me (dumb vague answer is dumb and vague). 80Hot tea. When it's too hot to drink tea, I do the whole sparkling water thing.90Alas, I am not so gifted. My childhood crafty ventures were more along the cross stitch line.
