so...some news...

I’m visiting a puppy I plan on adopting tomorrow. It has been almost two years since my previous dog had to be euthanized.  It was horrible, I had him for almost 13 years.

So I’ve been telling people it was the plan for this summer, and with the coronavirus situation it got complicated.  So my local shelter finally reopened adoptions on a restricted basis and I managed to get a visit with a dog I wanted.

I tell only my brother this, because I wanted to surprise people.  As the jackass he is, he goes and tells my parents.  So no cute ‘you’re grandogparents’ text/picture.  I have to awkwardly tell them what I’m gonna name the doggo ...the sex...etc.

Brother: *grabs remote* let me see... *cant find it either* Um... *takes 15 min* 

Me: It's right there. 

Him: Oh! Right! See how easy it was! Glad I could help. *hands remote back and walks off satisfied*
