Given how much likes and reblogs it gets, I think its pretty clear that Chalant/DickZee is the most popular Zatanna pairing especially on Tumblr.

DC should have them team up in the main comics. I don't think a romance would work in long term but short team ups like they do with Bruce and Zatanna with hints of sexual tension could definitely work.

my favorite zatanna-and-bruce-are-friends idea is that they keep in touch as adults but zatanna doesn't know that bruce is batman? bruce knows zatanna is zatanna of course (bc she has no secret identity) and he has this big moment of indecision when she firsts joins the justice league and he's like maybe i should tell her, but she's only a reserve member so i don't have to, and then she slowly begins to suspect and finally confirms it when she calls him "bruce" in a spell and it works on batman and she's so mad that she doesn't speak to him for weeks

Synop: Early into Bruce and Zatanna’s respective careers, they began a less-than-clandestine relationship. And while ultimately it would prove short-lived, it was by no means insignificant.
