Black Sails culture is wanting to promote this show to everyone because it's SO FUCKING GOOD, while also wanting to gatekeep it from everyone for the EXACT SAME REASON.

I am doing a rewatch of Black Sails and I'm just.... drowning in Feels again like... God this show was so good and it fucked me up so much and I...

I never found a new show as good as BS. Like I have liked show since of course but when I was watching Black Sails I was anxious as fuck. I absolutely needed the week to get over the last episode because I was feeling SO much. And I don't find that with any other show.

I also re-read post from before the last ep of s4 and like guys... we were so sure flint would die. We were so sure the gays wouldn't have their happy ending. We were so sure Thomas wasn't really back and that they wouldn't be together and... we were so used to being fed scrapped of lgbtq+ representation that when BS delivered and give us some actual good, happy, feel-inducing representation we lost our fucking mind. We couldn't believe.

I cant believe that we got that. I m just... i'm Just full of Feels again and I miss the show, I miss the fandom. I want something like that again.

Even tho I’m grateful for everything Black Sails has given us, I’m still a bit disappointed they didn’t give us the ‘enemies to friends to lovers’ trope for SilverFlint
