And finally! Part 5. The Spin off games and Breath of the Wild lol.

They are: Portia (Ancient Stone Tablets) Hero (Cartoons, and CDI Cartoons games) Soul (Soul Calibur 2) Rune (Botw/Totk)

Someone asked if Linkle in the previous post was based on the Pink Link from the magazines, but Portia is actually half based off that half based on the female avatar in the Broadcast Satelite Zelda games! Hero in this au is basically an alternate timeline (probably Adult timeline) version of Sprite. Soul has some Hyrule Warrior concept art in him as well, and Rune, is just Rune.

‘BS Zelda’ was a Satellaview exclusive remake of the original ‘Zelda’ In the #NintendoLeaks we can see them iterating from the original sprite to the final release for the Digdogger sprite.

Not sure if this has been asked before... but have you heard of or even possibly played the BS(Broadcast Service) Legend of Zelda games? They had a male and female protagonist the player could choose from. Wondered if we could ever expect either of them to show up alongside your Brell Link?

It has not been asked before, but: Yes, I am familiar with the Satellaview (Broadcast Satellite) Avatars. Both of which were featured in Satellaview exclusive versions of both Zelda 1 & Zelda 3 (BS Legend of Zelda: Ancient Stone Tablets). 

In-game, the player character was referred to as The Hero of Light, who appeared 6 years after the events of LTTP, during Link’s absence. They appeared in a flash of light, and then disappeared in a similar flash after defeating Ganon. I never imagined there being an interest in their appearing alongside “Brell-Link” but I also don’t know how I would do it.

I’m not sure what direction I’d take their designs, as they’re very generic & modern. In-game, their designs are usually just Link’s outfit, but with their heads swapped in place of Link’s.

‘BS Zelda’ was a Satellaview exclusive remake of the original ‘Zelda’, but you didn’t play as Link - you played as your Satellaview avatar. Oddly, inside of the ‘Animal Crossing’ #NintendoLeaks was the actual Link sprite!
