Bullshit BlazBlue V2C4 - Kokonoe's Very Normal Experiments
「BISHBABOOM!」 爺爺的電話響起了爆炸聲, 兩顆星星略遊地球, 是嫌地球還不夠亂? 還是一了百了比較搞笑? 人類命運這一晚各有安排。 你今天也爆了嗎? "BISHBABOOM!" is a mini novel about shooting stars. It tells about luck and disasters, in any manner answered or unanswered, is barely more nuanced than how fate is only teasing us like bitches. "Oh fuxked, just a stupid story." Added the author. more info - http://nakedlovemystery.com/bsbb.htm
You know, Heli rarely comments on things in shows we’re watching but she thought Sanvers’ convo about kids was wrong enough that she immediately said: “Bullshit. Gays talk about that on the second date.” And I mean, everything with the writers and Floriana aside, she’s not wrong. She told me a half hour into our first date how she felt about marriage and kids.
Bullshit BlazBlue V2C1: "You can crash at my place." Been wanting to do more mundane comedic edits/skits/whatever the hell these things are again. We'll see how long this renewed interest in my very loose "Hakumen & Susanoo share an apartment with various FG characters and are neighbors with Nine"-continuity lasts. Maybe I'll actually commit to something for once in my life and finally break the trend!
...Lol. Lmao even.
This is a job posting for a spot at my last job. Is it sad that I feel vindicated that either a) certifiably insane boss lady is leaving after six months, b) another employee has had enough of certifiably insane boss lady's crap, or c) they still haven't found somebody for my position? Yeah, it is, isn't it? I don't care. I still feel vindicated. Those sweet kids deserve so much better than what they have/had.
It looks like the post that was supposed to be before the previous post never posted.
Really hard time at work right now. Our new coordinator is awful. She is a hypocrite. She doesn't do the job she was hired to do and then complains she is working way more than she gets paid to work. (*NEWSFLASH* THAT'S LIFE AS A TEACHER, AND IF YOU DON'T KNOW IT BY NOW, YOU REALLY NEED TO GET OUT OF THE PROFESSION!) She has belittled all of us to our faces as well as behind our backs, in front of the kids. She wants to implement a Montessori model, and we're NOT a Montessori school. In fact, her "supervisors" -- myself and J -- are both philosophically opposed to Montessori. We are supervisors in that she doesn't want to be teaching, she wants us to do all the hard work. She wants things done her way (fine) and it's our fault that the kids aren't getting it yet because we're not implementing it right, but she refuses to show us how, and yells at us in front of the kids. She also grabbed me yesterday and moved me rather than verbally redirecting first. She posts little snide comments about us to her phone, and then "accidentally" sends them to me. (Yeah, right.) And she's not even sorry about it. But guess what? Now the joke's on her, because I have ammunition to take to the principal about how awful she is. I have the same level of education as she does. She is making everyone miserable. Myself and J felt physically sick after today's confrontations. And she's told all of us without actually saying the words, that she wants us to quit. Well, she may get her wish, but she's going to have one hell of a mess to clean up and irate parents on her hands, and I'm not going to feel one but sorry for her.
I kinda sorta got the BSBB job. Kinda sorta, because the other girl already working there who applied and I are being named supervisors and the principal is "hiring" a temp coordinator, so J (the other girl) and myself will be doing the director's job between the two of us (and we'll be getting a whopping 50 cents more an hour to have that authority), work more hours, be on-call when we're not there, and be the point of contact for the parents.
But here's the thing, I'll be working more hours than J. I was the one who interviewed and hired my "replacement" who will be working half the hours I used to. I coordinated communication among all the current staff to figure out the new work schedule for all of us (and everyone got what they wanted, no less!). I made sure paperwork was done. I managed student attendance tracking. I'm doing the job already. I was doing the job almost entirely before my boss left.
I'm happy to be sharing responsibility with J now, but I so earned this break!
I found out tonight that the reason I didn't get the BSBB job is because parents have complained to the current director about me, and the director doesn't think parents would be happy if I took over. I'm trying not to let it bother me, but it feels like WVE all over again, and honestly, why can't people air their grievances directly to me?! It's so annoying. Especially when everyone else is telling me I'd be great for the job and it's not ALL the parents who are upset and those who were aren't anymore...
