Bubur ayam dikenal luas sebagai makanan sarapan khas Indonesia yang memiliki sejarah panjang dan menarik. Hidangan ini awalnya dipengaruhi budaya Tionghoa yang masuk ke Indonesia pada abad ke-15.
Para pedagang Tionghoa membawa resep bubur berbahan dasar nasi dan kaldu ayam sederhana. Seiring waktu, masyarakat lokal mulai mengadaptasi bubur tersebut sesuai selera dan kearifan lokal.
Adaptasi lokal menciptakan variasi bubur ayam yang kaya rempah dan disajikan dengan berbagai pelengkap khas. Tambahan seperti kerupuk, kacang kedelai goreng, dan bawang goreng memperkaya rasa dan teksturnya.
Di Jawa Barat, bubur ayam disajikan dengan kuah kuning dan rempah yang lebih kuat rasanya. Sedangkan di Jakarta, bubur ayam cenderung lebih sederhana namun tetap kaya rasa gurih.

Chicken porridge is widely known as a typical Indonesian breakfast dish with a long and interesting history. This dish was originally influenced by Chinese culture, which entered Indonesia in the 15th century.
Chinese traders brought recipes for porridge made from rice and simple chicken broth. Over time, the local community began to adapt the porridge to suit their tastes and local wisdom.
Local adaptations created variations of chicken porridge that are rich in spices and served with a variety of typical accompaniments. Additions such as crackers, fried soybeans, and fried onions enrich the flavour and texture.
In West Java, chicken porridge is served with a yellow sauce and stronger spices. Meanwhile, in Jakarta, chicken porridge tends to be simpler but still rich in savoury flavour.

Cooking Method: Boiling and stirring ingredients from Carbonara (Blender can be used for seasoning & chopping the ingredients)
Languages: "Bubur Ayam" STBL strings are available in all game languages. There are translations for Asian languages version: Chinese：雞肉粥 , Japanese：鶏おかゆ, Korean：닭죽 , Thai：โจ๊กไก่ <--using online translator, not sure Thai translation is correct or not Because Bubur Ayam is original Asian food.
