7 dwarfs - The Boardgame

I recently got my hands on the official "7 Zwerge" PC video game from 2004!

I was pleasantly surprised that it actually works on my modern Windows PC. 😄

The gameplay is very simple: You play as Bubi and you have to slap a wooden board on the heads of the other dwarfs without being hit yourself.

I absolutely adore the cute 3D artwork in the menu screen and game itself.

Just wanted to pop in and say that little orangutan in the reblogs of the pet capuchin post IS actually a real orangutan despite the caption. His name is Budi and he was rescued from the pet trade by International Animal Rescue in Indonesia. I'm not sure if it will let me send a link through an ask, but there's plenty of photos and info about him and his rescue & recovery online. His rescue was pretty high profile when it happened a few years ago because he was in such a bad state. (He's since made an incredible recovery!)

I literally stared at the picture I didn't have time to search it but I was like yeah all those others are definitely a doll but that orangutan definitely looks real. Vindication!

Budi is even eligible for eventual release into the wild, which is AMAZING!!!
