7 dwarfs - The Boardgame

I recently got my hands on the official "7 Zwerge" PC video game from 2004!

I was pleasantly surprised that it actually works on my modern Windows PC. 😄

The gameplay is very simple: You play as Bubi and you have to slap a wooden board on the heads of the other dwarfs without being hit yourself.

I absolutely adore the cute 3D artwork in the menu screen and game itself.

Game Night at home

Now, I don't mean to spoil anyone's fun going out. I do myself. But, I sometimes feel that there's this idea one can only have fun away from home, because home is the house where you sleep but not where you live - you're supposed to live through events, that, well, happen elsewhere instead of your boring old place. It's a bit much sometimes and I want to curl up at home, and play with the people I can scrounge up there. This little poster promoting stay-at-home game night is free to use. Print it, hang it, throw it off the roofs! Just don't delete my disclaimer, obviously. Editable versions are available on request.

Continuing with the commission I did for one of my friends. He got the tabletop game “Namiji” via Kickstarter (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/funforge/namiji-the-next-chapter-in-the-tokaido-universe?lang=de). Well the paintjob of the minis was not to his liking and so he gave those 10 little ships to me. This is the one called “Noh” (what ever that means^^). The difference should be obvious. First the artwork, then the grim reality and finally my painted version. :-)

Also pretty happy at how the water turned out.
