Ingredients: 3 premium buffalo burger patties. 3 burger buns. 3 slices cheddar cheese. 1 red onion, thinly sliced. 1 tomato, sliced. Lettuce leaves. Pickles. Mayonnaise. Mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set your grill or pan on medium-high heat to get it ready. On both sides, season the buffalo patties with salt and pepper. For medium-rare, or until done to your liking, cook patties on the grill or in a skillet for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and let it melt in the last minute of cooking. Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a pan. Put mustard on the top half of each bun and mayonnaise on the bottom half. Put lettuce leaves on the bottom bun of each burger, then a buffalo patty with melted cheese, sliced tomato, red onion, and pickles. Add the other half of the bun on top, and if you need to, use a toothpick to hold it in place. Enjoy while hot!
