One year ago today I was at NIH getting settled for brain surgery in the morning. I took a walk around their park area with my mom and boyfriend, where my mom took this (didn’t know until today, thanks Mom lol). So I wanted to show the before and after of one year. Clearly I had no definition of a waist and I honestly didn’t even realize how much I didn’t really have a neck or shoulders. The photo on the right (Cushy me) had a back like a mountain and no shoulders. Me today (on the left) show a nice level playing field for shoulders and I also am getting a waist. I’ve been focusing on getting stronger, slimmer, and healthier.
