Okay, I know I was warned about Raye having Nine Inch Nails posters in her room but I did NOT prepare myself to face the truth. Move outta the way Hotaru, there's a NEW goth in town and she's packin heat
you know what i take it back. I’m glad tumblr wasn’t around when The Highlander was still on tv, it would be in its own era of superwholockian shitposting. Methos would probably be the Onceler. i think we dodged a bullet
Okay so the part where everyone is singing in the street reminds me of that buffy episode. once more with feeling? Any way all I can picture is everyone dancing around with cloths singing “they got the mustard out”!!! And now I want to go home and watch that episode.

It took almost a full year but we finally watched all 10 seasons of Supernatural. It started out slow with only an episode or 2 a week, then more recently an episode or 4 a night. Wth am I going to do with my evenings now? Bright side? I can finally follow spn blogs without fear of spoilers.
Favorite superhero films and tv shows?
Sorry to disappoint, but kind of none! I’m not really a Marvel/DC fan.
Recent stuff, like Avengers, is okay, but way too long. I’m down with that sort of action movie at about 90 minutes, but I almost never go out to the theater, so it feels like wasted effort to come out of a movie going “well, that was okay, but did it really need to be 2 hours and 45 minutes?”
Most of my favorite action movies, like Terminator, Running Man, and so on, are all shorter than 2 hours. Like what I was talking about in the podcast regarding The Hobbit; if you’re going to make me watch a 3 hour movie, you better at least be trying to get on the level of Seven Samurai or Lawrence of Arabia. Otherwise, I bet there’s some shit in there you could’ve cut.
I thought that first Spider Man movie was okay. Liked some of the X-Mans, but have really disliked the recent ones (First Class). I didn’t get swept up in this new wave of super hero stuff, and now there’s so much of it I don’t even wanna try. I’ll keep watching Avengers, I think, because that’s the one friends are gonna drag me to.
I thought that Batman police TV show would’ve been cool, but we watched the first episode and it was all “HEY MAN QUIT ACTING LIKE A PENGUIN, QUACK QUACK.” And “Meet my daughter, Pamela, she’s got a real poison tongue, that one. Also, our family name is Ivy. She’s Poison Ivy.” All that referential stuff made me feel awkward for the writers. Too bad! Because I’d like to see some Batman-universe police drama. Everyone says the comic it’s based on is pretty rad, so I had a mind to check that out.
