Robot girl 🤖
She's having fun making a robot suit out of cardboard, and I'm having fun photographing her.
Going to be busy for a good part of this week.
But I wanted to draw a quick thing for Tumblr’s #Build a Beast art challenge.
Introducing my double team of The Crystal Cat and Dr. Spooky: Results of my extra idea of flipping a coin to determine the creature’s traits.
Could’ve done more, but it’s like I said: I’m gonna be busy for most of this week.
Day 30 “Build-a-beast”

Decided to dust off my 3D skills for week 2 of Build-a-Beast and attempt to do a somewhat speed model for the lair! I think it came out pretty nicely while also shooting for a low to medium poly level of detail. For the texturing and lighting I decided to keep it simple and just do flats and some really basic sunset lighting.
It was a fun challenge and experiment I definitely wouldn’t mind coming back to refine!
Happy very early Halloween! Here’s my piece for the first week of Build-A-Beast, I wanted to have some fun with a werewolf and I never see anyone used maned wolves so why not? I had a ton of fun working on this and especially with messing with the dramatic lighting.
