Speaking of, GROOSE. Ever since I first saw him years ago while discovering Zelda lore for the first time, he's absolutely THE best supporting character in the Legend of Zelda. He's like Kronk mixed with Gaston and Dareth (Ninjago) and I am here for the swagger and goofiness 🤣🤣🤣 ("Nice hair" is the canon option for me always, lol) The fact that the game even does the meme with the lady pointing using Zelda in that position is endlessly funny >u< I adore these characters 🥰

Also... I have gone YEARS under the assumption that Zelda's Loftwing was female. I've even imagined cute little snippets of Link and Zelda visiting Skyloft after getting married to find their Loftwings had had an egg/chick together. Years, y'all. And aparantly there's a teeny tiny dialoge option where Zelda mentions for like two seconds that her Loftwing is a "he" -_- Crushed. Devastated. And also in denial because in the LU Grounded Fic Indigo is female and I refuse to accept anything otherwise shhh game you didn't say anything shhhhhh she's a giiiiiiirl 🤣 (let's all pretend it was a translation error together shall we? Haha)
