Eating all the food is harder than lifting all the weights.
I feel like I'm making a lot of progress at the gym. Last year I went from an ecto build to somewhat of an athletic build, and this year I want to look visibly muscular.
I really love every minute I'm at the gym, but I'm getting to that point in my bulk where I'm feeling a bit uncomfortable with ow "pudgy" I am. Having always been very lean, it still feels strange. Sure, I'm making great strength gains, and I love eating...But I'm counting down the days until I my next cut.
Bulking
Is there anyone else on here that bulks up fairly quickly? I never really noticed it till the past week. Its weird I havent even been hitting the gym that hard and I eat right too I dont mind bulkin up But my shirts dont fit anymore Gift and a curse I guess now ill just expedite my cutting phase
I grabbed a Quest Bar because I needed to look at the nutrition info for a class project I'm doing, and now I want to eat it.
I have crazy respect for each and every single woman out there for going through period cramps but I'm just saying when I eat 300g+ of protein in a day my insides feel like they're going to explode too
I'm sitting here stoned seriously contemplating a pound of peanut butter and a gallon of milk as a late night snack.
Training
Did some front squats and stiff leg deadlifts last night plus some cardio. Still too sick/tired/sore to move any real weight.
I really need to work on putting leg drive into my throws. That's what got me a 3 foot PR on lwfd. If I could do it consistently, I could really start upping my numbers.
I want yo go into Richmond about the same weight, since I've only got 3 weeks, but after that, I need to cut a little fat. I'll have to drop back under 200, but I need my clothes to fit... Lol.
