One of the keto Facebook groups that I'm part of had posted something very interesting that I wanted to try out. A lady on there said that she was able to make keto cereal based off of a quest protein bar.
(I blacked out her name and face for her privacy)
So last night, I went ahead and tried it out. I ate it for breakfast this morning, and omg! What an easy thing to do, and it was quite yummy!
I used the quest white chocolate raspberry bar, and it was five carbs for the bar. I used unsweetened almond milk for my milk, which has zero carbs total. Game changer!
