heyy, I’m trying to manifest my desired appearance, specifically face and height. There’s this girl I’ve passed a couple times and she’s my desired face, but I don’t know her name. how would I word my affirmations to make sure I look exactly like her and can make subliminals/aff tapes? I know it’s possible I just don’t know how to phrase the affs, any ideas of what I could say?

haiii sorry it took so long to reply!! my recommendation for a affirmations/ subliminal tape while you do affirmations imagine her in your head . i am her . me and her are indentical twins . people always confuse us as twins . me and her have every same chromosome . she is me and i am her . we have the same eyes . am as tall/short as her . we have identical height here are a few you can use and what i would phrase maybe ill update this later and you can check but, i hope you like these!!

So my advice for you since you accidentally over-consumed

1. Delete tumblr

only for until you feel comfortable enough to actually look at post and not force yourself to do the method the other person is doing.

2. Do the basics

What is your desire, affirm, and than persist like theirs no tomorrow. That is all you need to, you don’t need to do a million methods to get your desire, because one it is exhausting and two youre going to feel overwhelmed like you are right now.

3. Believe in yourself

what i mean is keep persisting no matter what believe / gaslight yourself until it starts feeling real that no one could tell you the opposite otherwise.

If I wanted to manifest a habit or forget how to do a habit or remember a bad memory, how would I do that? Because usually I see people saying to affirm and visualize but if I do this I would constantly be thinking about the thing I want to forget. Tysm ❤️

to manifest a habit you would affirm (aka assume) that you have this habit already like for an example: "I always trim my nails because they get so long"

to manifest remembering a bad memory it would also be same but you could affirm : “I am open to remembering this event fully, knowing I can process it calmly.” and repeat to yourself whenever you would like but make sure you assume you already remember this memory some affirmations you could use: 1. “I assume I have already remembered the details I need, and I trust myself to process them.” 2. “I allow myself to remember this memory clearly and fully.” 3. “I assume this new habit is already a natural part of my daily routine.”

4. “This new habit aligns perfectly with the person I am becoming.” 5. “I release this habit completely, and it no longer has a hold on me.” 6. “This habit no longer serves me, and I let it go effortlessly and naturally.”
