Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 tbsp creamy peanut butter. 4 slices pepper jack cheese. 1/4 cup sriracha sauce. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 tomato, sliced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. Season each patty with salt and pepper. Grill burgers for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. While burgers are cooking, spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto the bottom half of each bun. In a small bowl, mix sriracha sauce and mayonnaise until well combined. When burgers are almost done, place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each patty and allow it to melt. To assemble burgers, place a burger patty on each peanut butter-spread bun bottom. Top each patty with sliced red onion, shredded lettuce, and tomato slices. Drizzle sriracha-mayonnaise mixture over the toppings. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
