Beef slices that have been marinated in a tasty mix of soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and lemongrass and then cooked on a grill until they are just right. This dish is full of Southeast Asian flavors and comes with a tangy ginger lemongrass dipping sauce.
Ingredients: 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons fish sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon grated ginger. 1 lemongrass stalk, minced. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup water. 1 tablespoon lime juice. 1 teaspoon chili flakes.
Instructions: To make the marinade, put soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, and vegetable oil in a bowl and mix them together. Make sure the beef slices are well covered when you add them to the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Set the beef aside and season it with salt and pepper. If you want your beef slices to be done, grill them for two to three minutes on each side. Put water, lime juice, and chili flakes in a small saucepan. Bring to a low boil. After 5 minutes, take it off the heat and let it cool. Dip the beef in the sauce and serve it with the beef on the grill.
