I TOTALLY NEEDED A MEAL LIKE THIS (Español⬇️) Took kiddos to play and eat at @mcdonalds after a busy morning running errands for family and business. I have been seeing so many delish burgers on my feed and I had to have one as well in honor of Burger Month. ▫️ I had already packed my @shrewdfoodco chips, but had to make a quick stop at my house for some @outeraislegourmet sandwich thins. ▫️ I also had a Diet Coke. This meal was perfection and I am one satisfied momma with a satisfied belly. 😎 ▪️ NECESITABA UNA COMIDA COMO ESTA Llevé a mis peaueños a @mcdonalds para jugar y comer después de una mañana muy ocupada. Indulge in the perfect blend of land and sea with these Surf and Turf Burgers from Martin's Famous Pastry Shoppe. Juicy beef patties meet succulent bacon-wrapped shrimp, all sandwiched between the iconic Martin's Potato Rolls. A spicy mayo kick and classic burger toppings complete this mouthwatering creation.

Ingredients: 4 Martin's Famous Potato Rolls. 1 lb ground beef. 4 large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 4 slices of bacon. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced red onion. Pickles.

Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Salt and pepper should be added to the ground beef. Cut it into 4 equal pieces and shape them into burger patties. Put a piece of bacon around each shrimp and use a toothpick to hold it in place. Place the burger patties and bacon-wrapped shrimp on the grill. Cook for four to five minutes on each side, or until the burgers are done the way you like them, the shrimp are done, and the bacon is crispy. In the last minute of cooking, put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and let it melt. It's time to make the spicy mayo. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce together. Cover the bottom half of each Martin's Famous Potato Roll with spicy mayo. This will help you put the burgers together. On top of the mayo, put a lettuce leaf. Then, add a burger patty with melted cheddar cheese. Put pickles, tomato, and red onion slices on top of the burger. On top of the burger, put the shrimp wrapped in bacon. Then, put the other half of the Martin's Famous Potato Roll on top of that. Enjoy your Surf and Turf Burgers while they're still hot.
