SpyxFamily 30 days challenge: day 8
For me, without too much doubt, it is the aftermath (or lack of??) of the Bus Hijacking Arc.
By the time I finished the anime and caught up with the manga, it was nearing its conclusion (I think it was the chapter where Anya discovers that the driver has hidden bombs that he intends to set off if the police attack them) and I had started speculating about the possible ending and how the protagonists would handle the consequences.
As much as I enjoyed the dialogue between Anya and Damian, the hug with Yor, Melinda's conflicting feelings and thoughts, it leaves me with a sense of… incompleteness.
Why does Yor have no reaction toward the Red Circus? No thoughts at all?
Let’s say that Eden didn’t mention it. But then why bring back the very organization that Yor has already dealt with, if she remains completely unaware of their involvement?
I think there would have been interesting reflections.
Almost as if the author was in a hurry to close and move on while forgetting something.
It’s a pity, because otherwise I really liked that storyline.
