✅Bushmills is the oldest working distillery in Ireland got its name from the Northern Irish village where it is situated. Their 16 years old expression has been aged for at least 16 years in a combination of Bourbon casks and Oloroso Sherry butts, before being vatted and married for nine months in large old Port pipes. Limited to a small annual batch release, it is very hard to come by especially now as it just won the title of Irish Single Malt of the Year in the Jim Murray’s 2018 Whisky Bible.
