Discovered!
(This is in response to this ask series. Part one, Part two, Part three, Part four and part five.)
As she heard the knock on the door the next day she raised a brow since she wasn’t really expecting it. No one was supposed to come around today so when she opened the door and saw the flowers in the delivery person’s hands a bright beaming smile came over her lips.
Handing the lady a tip she went to one of the unoccupied hooks just for hanging plants that was situated in her room and took the card and started reading it on her bed. Musing to herself that she did make it rather obvious after a short time, she touched the card and smiled with all the sentimentality.
She felt like a little school girl as she flopped back on the bed and held the note to her chest and turning her head to look at the beautiful flowers and muse how thoughtful he always with her. Finally, after looking to her closet she felt compelled to go and pull out the box of the project she was working on for him.
The act of getting it out from the shelf up above her head was a feat in itself. Very nearly falling backwards with the weight of the contents, she eventually retrieved the package.
He would receive the package the same day by courier, and inside he would find a rather large comforter made out of both silk and filled with down feathers on the inside. The box also had a wand, that when you touched the middle of the swirling pattern, it would stop the movement. Then, along with the present she sent back another hand written bit of calligraphy.
@dicenne
*tum napping on the couch, cracking an eye open at hearing someone approaching* "Don't even think about it."
“Oop!” He snickers, giving an “innocent” smile. “Aw no, you caught me... I mean~ I don’t know what you’re talking about...”
So I'm pretty sure @catarinaelibeth is peak girlfriend material...
