Day 5 and I was a nice sweaty mess by 6 am! 💪 But it was so worth it! Feeling much better mentally today and that's partly because of my workout this morning! Sure I wanted to sleep in later but after yesterday I knew I had to get this one done! So glad I did & I felt the stress leaving my body with every jab, cross and kick lol! When I don't feel great mentally I know the only thing that will help me get in a better place is an awesome sweat 💦 session & that's what I had this morning! Off to a great start this morning!
