its still a wip but im gonna give sonic an ‘official’ ref sheet since i have some little headcanons here and there that make him stand out slightly compared to the typical modern ! sonic look. plus i rlly wanted to see him in his lettermen jacket with a more modern style too lmfao.

some little design notes;

longer quills that drape downwards a bit more when relaxed/idle--- only really standing up straighter when running/alarmed/defensive

sonic prides himself in being the fastest thing alive but he cant get off scott free all the time, he’s got little scarred nicks here and there including a few more visible ones on his feet (protip; make sure you wear reinforced shoes when running at the speed of sound) 

he’s also got that nick on his ear but thats a story for a later date (unless you’re already in the loop)

he’s got paw feets!! and beans on his pawfeets and hands !! he’s also got little claws but they’re rather dull

less of a rounded figure as he grew into his adult body, tho’ his chest still sticks out a little due to genetics passed down from his dad
