I'm just hot pink in my soul, and there was this post that was going around that was like, why are we putting this visually on a spectrum from black to color, like being allo is some end goal, you're better here kind of thing?
Which, from an art perspective, I get it, but that's also why it doesn't sit well with me.
For me, my asexuality is a valid sexuality, not just the lack of an allo identity. I don't experience my sexuality as a void.
I still use the pride flag, and I'll still support that (because semiotics), but I'm also...not grey. And lol yeah, you are very purple.
