So, you are trying to say that this teen is personally attacking YOU? They are sending you insults and hate mail? If not, please do not try to use the “self-defense” claim to try to validate your negative behavior towards them that seem to be stemming from feelings of your own personal victimization.
Irregardless of how this teenager, a human being with feelings whose brain (prefrontal cortex) hasn’t even finished developing, chooses to identify him or herself, they do not deserve to be picked on randomly and relentlessly if they are minding their own business.

You being Jewish and taunting him because he calls himself a “skinhead” right now is no different than the black people that taunt white people for f’ed up things that everyone’s ancestors were involved in years ago.
