And there were the birthday doughnuts! I see so many N7 sweaters and jackets here and it makes me SO HAPPY
HOW COULD I HAVE FORGOTTEN? That whole table was so excited. AND they called me Commander, which basically endeared them to me forever.

Recently I was at a local spice and tea shop, and after checking out the girl at the register told me to remember to say that that was my favorite store on the Citadel. !!!
Okay, this is now my Life Goal: Mass Effect Fan Edition. Because that’s amazing and I love it <3

Speaking of Sailor Moon, if you haven't seen this yet, YOU SHOULD: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=orhh6TZ6qCE

Sailormoon aired at 6 a.m. where I was. I had five VHS tapes filled by the time the R season stopped halfway through. (WORST CLIFFHANGER EVER! SO MANY FIX-IT FICS!)
Oh, yeah. VHS tapes. I had VHS tapes. I think I wore out a few of them on rewatches. I'm still bitter about the way they left the series... which was probably when I turned to eBay for those fan-subbed DVDs of the whole series. ;D

I am really happy you obsess so hard with Mass Effect! :D
Ha! Honestly, this is why I can usually only handle one obsession at a time. <3

omfg I love Princess Tutu so much and AM SO ANGRY because my copies were on a hard drive that got corrupted D: (I know, I know, I could probably find them again, but...) Ahh, there were just so many great things in that series. AND BALLET. AND MUSIC. AND STORIES. AND DUCKS.

I had a similar obsession with Sailor Moon in the 90s...plushies, printing so many images my mom got mad for using all the color ink. I even went as Sailor Uranus and Cyprine for Halloween a couple years. I'm loving the nostalgia of the new series.
For years afterward I kept carting around boxes and BOXES of 3.5" disks absolutely crammed full of ALL THE .jpgs I downloaded (never sourced oops). SO MANY. I can tell you exactly what Tara's Tumblr at 17 would have looked like, had such a platform existed then ;D

Thanks for the answer! This is a pretty interesting thing to know, haha :) I think I remember going through a similar phase with other anime XD
Thanks for asking! <3

obviously you should watch puella magi madoka magicka. I would offer my recs, but most of my interests lie in shonen/sienen, which by your interests, may not interest you as much, haha. Except MAYBE Full Metal Alchemist.
You know, that was on my radar; I don't know why I never actually sat down and watched it? <3
Thanks, too, to dorian-pavustache and the anon who sent me a few other things to check out <3 I'm going to hang onto those messages in my inbox so, you know, I CAN FIND THEM AGAIN LATER <3
Welcome to the East Coast! Important question though: How did the cat handle the trip? :)
Thank you!
Darcy was a total rockstar the entire time, after initially hating us for cramming him into his carrier. I wasn't too worried about him, since he's done a couple of other really long flights with no problems, and I knew he was going to get a food/water/bathroom break halfway through this one. He's in a kitty hotel at the moment, though, since we're staying at a place that doesn't allow pets. (That's the other reason we're really hoping this current apartment works out, and that we'll be able to move in this weekend. We miss our fuzzy buddy, and we know he'll be excited to get back to his usual amount of human cuddle time.)
