Urgh! These January mocks have really taken it out of me... I'm one of those people who can't force themselves to work if they don't want to, but usually I want to work!! This doesn't usually happen to me but hey.... 😉❤ Bit of a messy spread on my kitchen table as I prepare to attempt some maths studies revision for my exam tomorrow!!! Try 2 of potato patties/hash browns/pancakes.. Added onion, soy sauce, mushroom and mustard. Might switch the onion for onion powder (if I can find any) and mustard for the powder version, leave out the soy sauce but leave in the mushroom. These ones had issues with keeping their form (first one crumbled while trying to flip it). Still. Yummy.
