A traditional whole-wheat pasta, whole-spelt, legumes pasta or any gluten-free pasta? ⠀ I usually go for brown rice Pasta or any other brown Pasta :) as this organic and fair one from @govindanatur ⠀ ⠀ Let's have a closer look: PASTA TALK ⠀ ⠀ • Whole Wheat Pasta: In general, whole wheat pastas are higher in protein and fiber than their semolina cousins. Also, they are a better sources of other important nutrients such as selenium, potassium and magnesium. ⠀ ⠀ • Spelt Pasta: Spelt is an ancient, nutty-flavored grain that's remarkably high in both fiber and protein (many brands boast up to 8 grams of fiber/serving). ⠀ ⠀ • Brown Rice Pasta: is a popular choice with the gluten-free crowd and my fav to go when I have to cook for friends because the noticeably mild flavor is great for cooking (in other words, it's hard to mess up).⠀ ⠀ • Quinoa Pasta: extremely high in protein but I couldn't find a good one yet. ⠀ ⠀ • chickpea Pasta:⠀ This Gluten-Free Pasta has about as much protein as a steak. It's not a typical pasta taste and the noodles are more chalkier and less slippery. That's something you can fix easily with a good sauce. ⠀ I do have some on my blog or just whisk silken tofu, peanut butter, oat milk and some vegetables together.
