I went to a con and today I’m dressed as everyone’s favorite Space Dad!!

I came back from CCE in a comic mood so I did some of my favorite boys!

Not all step parentals are bad... however...

My stepfather seems to think this is the 1940’s because ever since my half brother was born, well.... he’s been a privilege asshat.

Example:

Stepfather, comes bardging up to me in rage: Hey!

Me, sitting doing something really chill: What?

Stepfather: The dog shit in the hallway/living room/dinning room/ect.

Me: Okay. I took him out like thirty minutes ago so it might be old, like from before y’all left?

Stepfather: impossible. You’re just giving me excuses. And as a woman in this house you have to go pick it up.

And I do because I know he won’t, he’ll just leave it there and complain about it until someone else cleans it up.

But I didn’t want this dog. I like dogs and all but I’ve never wanted one. And he and my mother have it locked into their heads that if the dog does something wrong it’s on us ‘because we wanted him’.

It’s super frustrating and I hate every second of it.

Soooo

It’s my birthday tomorrow and I was feeling bummed because this is the first year that I’m not having friends over so I bought some pizza and a drink. However, when the pizza person shows up, he gives me an extra 2L for free because I guess something went wrong with the computers

So now I’m actually happy now.

I have this fear that one day, my brother and I will have a fight and we’ll walk out of each other’s lives until one day he comes to my house and blasts ‘Cold’ by CROSSFADE like he’s trying to get an ex back and I just don’t know what to do!
