To give you an example i was once in a fire accident and in a car accident, the fire accident almost killed my mom and myself because we weren’t aware of the situation. After a few weeks i was walking in a random street and the siren of the firefighter sounded to announce another accident in the city, i hear the sound a little bit to loud in my head and i started to cry without even realizing, then i tried to control my emotions as much as i could in that situation but crying for hearing a siren wasn’t something i would have expected to face and to live again. It is something hard to explain if you don’t live that yourself, you just can’t control your emotions, and it’s the same with the car accident, i survive both times but i never forget those events and i am a little bit afraid of car traveling and anything to do with fire basically".
